Ideal location; room very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were only there for a short stay but room was cleaned while we were there which was appreciated.

Lovely building by the river. High ceilings and very comfy.
Bathrooms were very small and there were no lifts and no mini bar in the section I stayed in but the staff were very helpful with bringing up my bags and a mini fridge!

The staff were friendly and saved me from leaving my passport in a bag I had dropped in the lobby. They promptly called me while I was about to board a train in time for me to retrieve it without missing my train!

Amazing location and beautiful building
The crockery was dirty and we had to wash it before we could use it and the bathroom door didn’t shut properly

Great location.. staff lovely.. happy with a continental breakfast .. but really missed a lovely pot of tea.. very clean..
The size of the room.. view.. l take a lot of time choosing where l am going to stay .. from the pictures it led me to believe l was booking apartment.. not a very cramped room ..basically it’s a double en suit can’t fault the staff.. cleaning just wasn’t what I thought l had booked
