Beds were comfortable and room was large. AC worked great. Had a microwave & fridge.
No bottled water in room. The shower door very hard to close, if it didn't it would flood bathroom. Make sure you can use stairs. Some rooms have to go downa few steps.

Good location. Good size rooms with kitchenette and large bathroom. Friendly staff who allowed us to check in early.

Location was perfect. Main room was lovely and huge.
Bathroom was dated. Shower leaked over floor. Extractor fan did not work. Breakfast was basic.

Location and spacious room. Comfy beds.
Bathroom had heater on and we alerted the staff who said it was faulty but it didnt seem to get fix during our five nights.
There were small steps to our room despite the lift and we had to carry our heavy luggage so not so convenient in some way.
They didnt change towels everyday as they had a policy to only change towels and bedsheets after 7 days, which is pretty long for similar rated hotel.

The location is superb en despite in the middle of town, very quiet

Breakfast was good, but a little pricey and I feel a little more variety may be an option as not everyone is a fan of Continental breakfast.
I feel it was a little expensive. Overall everythong else was exceptional.
