Our stay at Fraser Suites was absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city center—so you’re surrounded by everything you could need.
We initially stayed for 3 nights, then checked out for a short trip to the Highlands. then we returned for another 3 nights, the staff were kind enough to store our luggage during our trip time, which was a huge convenience. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable!

The staff, the location and the hotel was really nice. It is close to everything in walking distance. Hotel room was beautiful, even the amenities were excellent (I love that brand). I hope I can return soon.

Location was great as walking distance to all main attractions. Had separate laundry room too. Rooms Ok.
We had an issue with aircon not working and were downgraded to another room for the night. Next day were upgraded to slightly better room but all that after speaking and almost begging with reception. They then offered us inclusion of breakfast, some chocolates, soft drinks and 10% discount but we still had to pay for the downgraded room when after the whole hassle of moving rooms twice, wasting so much time..they should have given one night complimentary. The rooms are ok but abit dated. breakfast was continental and Ok.
