The staff, the location and the hotel was really nice. It is close to everything in walking distance. Hotel room was beautiful, even the amenities were excellent (I love that brand). I hope I can return soon.

Location was great as walking distance to all main attractions. Had separate laundry room too. Rooms Ok.
We had an issue with aircon not working and were downgraded to another room for the night. Next day were upgraded to slightly better room but all that after speaking and almost begging with reception. They then offered us inclusion of breakfast, some chocolates, soft drinks and 10% discount but we still had to pay for the downgraded room when after the whole hassle of moving rooms twice, wasting so much time..they should have given one night complimentary. The rooms are ok but abit dated. breakfast was continental and Ok.
