Location- hotel was perfect for exploring the royle mile including the train station.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the town center, shopping and restaurants, as well as our tour pick up site. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly!

The staff were wonderful at reception. The location was ideal.
The air conditioning didn’t work
The half of the first day. Hot towel warmer didn’t work and the cable tv didn’t work. The electricity was out the 2nd day, but it was a city problem.

Fantastic location just off the Royal Mile. Front of house staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good, filling and always great variety.
A hole in the wall of the room. Sone fresh paint wouldn't hurt. The door stop in the bathroom was coming off the wall. A couple cracked tiles in the bathroom. Mold around the bathtub needs to be addressed. Bathroom door wouldn't latch

Hotel is located steps from the Royal Mile. Perfect location. Exceptional customer service and cleanliness. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms are very well equipped with high quality products. I give them an A+++

The location was fantastic and lived the view.
The rabbit warren we had to go through to get to our room which was slightly painful with large luggage.
