Comfortable, clean, lovely staff, luggage storage, excellent position
Stayed twice either side of a tour and both times my rooms were down stairs next to the air conditioners outside, quite loud during the night

Great location, clean room, friendly staff
The air vents blew dust all over the room and had to be turned off manually every time we entered the room. Vents need to be cleaned. Bathroom sink wasn't draining properly.

It was right in the heart of Edinburgh so the location is perfect for business trips or weekend getaways.
We were a little disappointed with the cold breakfast, which we paid for in advance.

I looooove this hotel. Perfect location, clean, warm, friendly staff, a lot of space in the room. All the kitchen facilities, so good for a long stay.
I have been in many hotels so far and this one is one of the best.
Nothing really, we didn't do breakfast so can't say anything about it.

Great location just off the Royal Mile but quiet. We had a beautifully appointed and comfortable studio suite with little kitchen and lots of space. Def worth the extra. Continental breakfast available downstairs was very good. Staff very helpful re taxis and anything we needed to know. We didn’t use it but a Laundry is available.
