Excellent location. Wonderful staff (Dominic organised our delayed bag to be brought to our room after our airline delivered it late). The free laundry was very handy. Nicely presented and modern. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Umbrellas available for hire.

This location and hotel is absolutely perfect ! It’s in ghe perfect location and the staff are excellent! We had everything we could possibly need for three days ! I really do think you got everything you needed and it was excellent value for money , we had a wonderful stay.
My only little issue if I was being picky is that in our room we had a massive crack down the wall , but this just comes as natural ware and tear ! It doesn’t take away from the beautiful hotel itself !

The Fraser Suites Edinburgh were fantastic - the staff are all lovely and they were very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is in an ideal location to see everything Edinburgh has to offer. If ever I'm in Edinburgh again, I will stay here again!

The worst experience we have ever encountered. No heating in the rooms with a 1 year old and I was heavily pregnant. What was most disappointing was the customer service after the fact. At the time the manager apologised and was fully in agreement with how poor it was and even said it was the whole second floor that had no heat. He told me to follow up after we left as it was booking.com who I had booked through, he couldn’t put the complaint through on his side. Once we left , and checked out and I followed up , I was then asked for “evidence” of no heating and was told I would not receive any refund or gratuity from said manager . I was made to feel like I was the problem even though the two night stay for my brothers wedding there was no heat at all , it was January and frosty. The manager also lied and said they provided heaters to us, which was not true. They provided them to my brother on day two and he kindly gave us one. The manager also pretended the heating was “fixed” when I did follow up the complaint. Two men came into the room when we were getting dressed in the kitchen for the wedding due to the cold, they could not fix it. The manger does not recollect this happening. Absolutely outrageously poor customer service and we got offered 10% off the stay - and was told that was the end of it. I wouldn’t not stay here ever again. Stay somewhere else and enjoy the beautiful city.

Lovely room with city view although smaller than anticipated. Basic cooking facilities, although we didn’t use them. Tea & coffee, great selection! Bed very big and comfy. Milk supplied for hot drinks. Very central location.

Absolutely amazing location and quality of accommodation. From the entrance, to the individual suites, Fraser Suites feels like a real luxury retreat. Unobtrusive but responsive team, who sorted the heating out in our room within 15 minutes of reporting. The room smelt incredible, bed was comfortable and lots of storage space!
A vanity area would be helpful - I used the desk for doing my hair and makeup but without a mirror there it was awkward. We were placed in an accessible room (not requested) and so had a wet room style bathroom. The water from the shower went absolutely everywhere and puddled under the WC, the sink, the radiator and didn’t drain for a long time, and the extractor wasn’t efficient meaning it stayed steamed up for hours, almost a full day. It generally felt a bit unpleasant compared to the stunning room.

I would definitely recommend Fraser Suites and will stay again in the future. Staff were very welcoming and helpful at check in and we were really pleased with our room/suite: there was a kitchen area with fridge, sink and microwave. Complimentary bottled water, tea/coffee and Tunnock’s wafers. The room was beautiful- clean, comfortable, well equipped and with lovely views onto Princes Street and Calton Hill. The bathroom was lovely too - a deep bath, shower and lovely products. We’ve stayed at lots of hotels in Edinburgh and this is definitely the best. The location is perfect- inches away from the Royal Mile and St.Giles cathedral. We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our stay.
