The hotel is in a great location, situated very close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly throughout my stay, and the room featured a remarkably comfortable bed with lovely, high-quality linens.
I was surprised by the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom considering the price; the shower had visible mould and would benefit from a deep clean. There were also broken floor tiles, and the "city view" was misleading as it mainly overlooked the backs of old buildings. Additionally, there was significant noise from a nearby external ventilation unit, which was made worse by the poor quality of the windows that rattled and banged whenever the wind was strong.

The location is great for central access in the city
The staff were not great on arrival with someone behind the desk ignoring us, and generally the staff were dismissive, though not all, there was one very good person who dealt with us when we checked out. The breakfast was absolutely awful.

Increidible historic building in the Old Town; great for sight seeing Beautiful decoration. Great upkeep. Had problem with electricity in my room, was immediately solved..

The location and spacious room
The breakfast room was cold for two days but they fixed the problem later on. The hairdryer was not working properly. The duvet was stained I asked them to change it. I think that It was housekeeping’s fault because stained duvet shouldn’t be used in a hotel
