Location is fantastic, we also had a lovely big room to accommodate three of us.
It was Baltic/freezing. We ended up sleeping in bed with dressing gowns on over our nightwear as the room was so cold. It was a very cold night in Edinburgh, we were only there for one night but there was a problem with heating.

The room was nice
There was no parking. The nearest car park was 20 mins walk and we had a buggy with a baby. They then put us in a room that you had to walk down stairs to get to. There was no cooked breakfast even though the room cost a lot of money. The staff were very miserable.

Love the location and the rooms with a little kitchen are great
Can be quite difficult getting in and out of the shower as the bath is deep, could do with a handrail for extra support getting in but especially getting out

Its position is excellent and I was amazed how quiet it was in the heart of the city
Maintenance and cleanliness in my suite was poor, window blind, window frames were poor and carpets dirty

Location is fantastic. In the earth of the old part of Edinburgh, very close to the castle and many other attractions. Walking distance of the Christmas market, bus and train station.
Cleanness of the room was good but not perfect. The room really needs some renovations and at least some maintenance. The room was looking to the railway station but it was quiet. The airco control panel was useless as not functioning at all (except on/off). Some coat hangers were defective.
For bath or shower it was difficult to have good warm water ...
Bathroom appliances to be maintained, nearly impossible to have good warm water, airco not adjustable.

Great location. Friendly reception staff. Stylish apartments.
Bathroom fan did not work so after showering, mirrors were very steamy for a long time & so it was difficult to fix hair and makeup.
