Location is fantastic.
Room is very spacious.
Very comfortable bed.
Kitchenette is brilliant.
Lighting could be brighter for applying make-up.
Fridge is really cold - some items almost frozen.
These are only tiny issues though.

The room’s decor was beautiful, and the view from the window was stunning. It overlooked the Christmas market and Scott’s Monument. The location was also extremely convenient for getting around the city.

Friendly staff, clean room with a beautiful view.
I would love to return with my family, you should cater more for family rooms not just a double bed and sofa bed.

Location
No cafe. They also wrongly said we smoked in our room; we did not. We were charged $250 as a fine. They were wrong, no proof and refused to listen. Is this a ploy to get more money? Extremely disappointed and hope others don’t experience the same.

Comfortable, clean, lovely staff, luggage storage, excellent position
Stayed twice either side of a tour and both times my rooms were down stairs next to the air conditioners outside, quite loud during the night
