Location, location, location! The facilities were great also and the staff extremely helpful! We absolutely recommend the place!
Our apartment was 2 floors down and the living room didn’t have a window. We only had a window in the bedroom. This made the living room a bit dark!

Awesome location. Convenient yet quiet and away from crowds. A short 5-10 min walk from the train station and the room is fantastic. Very helpful and polite staff & reception. Cannot ask for anything more
Will be nicer if the washing machine is in the room and now in the basement. But its a small inconvenience, didnt affect my stay. Will definitely stay again

This property is at an amazing location . Tucked out of the Royal mile .
Everything from restaurants , shopping , Victoria street , Cockburn street all 3 mins away by walk .
The reception staff are all exceptional and are always willing to chat :) and accommodating

Breakfast was amazing, comfortable beds, incredible view, very convenient to everything Edinburgh has to offer.
Coffee could be better. Not a fan of the iPad coffee service.

This was an exceptional stay. The staff were so helpful and gave us the very best suite of any place I have ever stayed. It was like a mini apartment. I wanted to move in! It’s right in the center of everything, especially beautiful lit up at night. We’ll always stay here when in Edinburgh.
The breakfast is not going to inspire awe as compared to some other hotels, but everything else is worth it.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The location was perfect—close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was spotless, spacious, and offered excellent accommodations with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the exceptional service to the clean, large rooms and unbeatable location, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The location was excellent. Right in the center of everything so not a long walk in any direction to the different attractions. The view from the room on the 5th floor was spectacular. Amazing shower with great water pressure. Some nice treats in the room to enjoy. The gym has all new equipment and all that you would need. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Perfect location! Steps to the Royal Mile. Friendly staff greeted us every time we entered the lobby. Small but comfortable room with nice coffee and snacks. Highly recommend.

The men at the front desk were exceptionally nice and helpful.
The bed was much harder than most hotel beds I have slept on. The price was quite steep for the size of the room and the lack of breakfast.
