The location was excellent, staff above & beyond good, but the bed was “smaller” than what we are used to but comfortable. I thought their breakfast price was too high but the food was decent.

The sofa beds were horrible. One sofa bed had no sheets and full of hair.
The shower and restroom dispensers were empty.

Location is very central and close to a lot of the attractions which was amazing. Our room was also clean and comfortable. Check in is DIY through an iPad. We had no problems but there is a receptionist available in the afternoon to help out if needed.
Our room was street level so it can be a bit noisy at night as people walk by

I prefer this location because it's less traveled. Pleasantly quiet, well easily able to walk where I wanted to go.
Information on entering the hotel. I had no information about entering the hotel or how to enter my accommodations. An email was sent to me while travelling the day of my arrival. I had no internet connection and no knowledge of how to enter the building.

Excellent customer service. The room was available for early check in. The staff was friendly, helpful and exceeded all my expectations. Very happy with everything including breakfast and tea selection and lounge area
It was hard to get to and from our room with luggage due to narrow hallways and small lift. Thankfully there was help available.

Location was ideal. Very close to all of the major sites in the Old Town.
Was able to check-in after hours with ease.
Room contained all of the amenities listed.
Pictures did make the room look nicer than what it was. Room is a bit dated.
Odd smell (potentially cigarette/vape smoke) in the 3rd floor hall.
Bathroom vinyl floor tiles were pealing/raised. Seems like this was the result of prior flooding.
Requested a crib prior to check-in, and were told this could be provided - upon arrival it was not. I'm sure this would have been rectified if we raised/asked for it, but we decided not to. That said, would have been nice to get what was asked for, and what was agreed to initially.
With the windows open, every so often, you'll hear bottles being disposed of from the bar next door. Not a major issue, or something we minded, but something to note.

Excellent location, in the city center and at the same time in a very quiet street, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are good and comfortable and all the appliances work efficiently, the staff is excellent, friendly and very helpful.

There was lots of space, clean, had airconditioning, toiletries, coffee/tea, washer and dryer (our clothes never fully dried in the machine so just hung them up). the bathroom was very spacious and the shower was nice. Staff was friendly when we saw them but we left early and got home later so never really saw anyone. Location was decent but we definitely walked to get to the sites, bus, tram, etc. If you dont want to be ontop of things then this was a good location.
The doors were heavy and loud when closing. The bathroom got hot and no fan but in the mornings in the alley way there a truck that dumped glass that was very loud. The airconditioning was only in the bedroom.

The spoons and forks with the knives were not clean and we find it hidden in the dish washing machin! The boiler was dirty! The soaps and shampoo in the toilet were empty!!! Also we find the facial tissue in the toilet empty!!!!

The location was great. Quiet street but near the bustle of Princes Street and lots of restaurants on George St and Rose St. Only on Saturday evening did we hear noise from outside.
The apartment was comfortable--we ate breakfast every morning in the unit.
Really appreciated the ability to drop off our luggage after we arrived in the city around 9:00 am before our room was ready at 3:00. They let us store luggage again the day we checked out, which was great and saved money over leaving things at the station!
We could not get the dishwasher or the dryer to work. Not a big deal, as we only ate breakfasts in the apartment.

The location was quite lovely, easy to get to anything two pubs on our street, and 2 Street up on Rose was anything you could possibly imagine. Walkable to EVERYTHING.
Our windows faced the alley and the 2 pubs dump quite a bit of glass each day ?
