Good location, tram station to
city across the road.
Reasonable price parking (£11 per day for guests).
Close to Leith River Walkway.
Aldi about a 5 minute walk away.
Nice pubs & restaurants within walking distance.
Hotel staff were efficient, friendly & very helpful.
Excellent breakfast.
Comfortable beds, good shower.

The Staff was professional and welcoming. The room was clean, cosy with very comfortable beds. The rooms are always soundproof, therefore no noise from the outside, or the neighbours. The breakfast has a wide range of hot&cold food and therefore great. From the hotel lies 5mim the Tram and Bus stations, so in 15min in the city.
Our room was opposite from the elevator, which was very loud, but was locked from 10-10 , so we could get a quiet sleep.

Good location for us. Good for public transport and restaurants. Free parking available. Well thought out use of limited space for clothes and toiletries. Provision of iron, ironing board and socket for hairdryer near a mirror (often not a the case in some hotels)
Pillows were quite firm. Breakfast choices were fairly limited.

Easy to find, plenty of reduced price parking and great access for leith area
Whilst the staff were very accommodating in providing a cot and a sofa bed, the family room was simply too small to accommodate two adults, a sofa bed and a cot. Plus all the associated bags you need!

Location is great near to bus and tram terminal for the city access .
Stayed for 2 days the second day they had some hot water tank repair or something going on and they were unable to get it done the same day and obviously you need hot water to shower and stuff but we were never informed about the problem and we had to go to reception and ask about the issue and they offered to give another room key to take shower in the mrng and was told that key will be slid under the door but it never happened had to go ask early mrng again to get one , hot water is basic amenity and we had to deal with it by sacrificing our rest time
