Staff felt overstressed and overloaded.
Breakfast on Saturday was a bit of chaos.
On Friday evening myself, my wife and my 2 kids had to wait for almost 2 hours for our dinner.

Staff were brilliant and so helpful and accommodating. The bar area was really comfy and welcoming, very family friendly. Excellent transport links to city centre.
The family room was *very* tight for space.

Breakfast was good
Room was small with not enough space for keeping bags. No table, chairs or space to keep or hang clothes. Very basic facilities with no intercom for reception. Very small and corner table provided for breakfast despite of multiple requests for bigger table.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. It was busy and the staff were excellent directing people to suitable tables but it was waiting for food that was a problem. Took a while to wait for fresh food to come by the time you got it , toast tea etc was cold. Food was excellent though and you are well looked after

Great location, close to Leith waterfront and numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. Discounted private parking on site for up to 24 hours.
Extremely busy at breakfast time - had to queue for at least 20 minutes for a table. Self-service breakfast OK but not wonderful.

Hotel located right beside the tram and bus stop. Staff were fantastic. Shout out to kate on reception who was very helpful.
