Location only
We were delayed due to an unexpected issue with our visa process, which took longer than anticipated, and our checkout time was approaching. We received a call from the hotel, but unfortunately the staff member who spoke with us was quite rude and spoke as though we had intentionally done something wrong. We were told the hotel was fully booked, but later, when we requested to pay for an additional day, this was eventually approved.
I understand hotel policies and time constraints, but the way the situation was handled and the tone used were disappointing. I have never experienced such treatment at any other hotel..

Wonderful
Spacious well designed and equipped room which included ironboard, iron, kettle and powerful hairdryer.
Transport to the town Centre and the airport are close by. (Tram to Princess street and airport. Bus no 10 and 16 to Princess street.)
No dislikes of the hotel.
Note: Even so the windows are triple glazed rooms in the back of the hotel on the lower floors may hear the noise of the ventilators for the heating/cooling system.

Is very well located, shops and good restaurants nearby, the tram is just half block away and takes you directly into Edinburgh’s city center, there is also the bus stop. The bufet breakfast is really good

Room was very neat and clean. It had everything 2 people need. Breakfast was a very nice bonus. Some people mentioned lines to breakfast, but staff warned us to come down a little earlier in the morning, and we did not find any queue before 9 am, although hotel was fully booked

Over all very good experience, staff were helpful, best location to go around as tram was near to hotel and 15 to 20 minutes away from edinburgh city
Rooms are very small. Moving around in the room with kids bed around and luggage was difficult.

Breakfast was fine but very crowded. Room was okay, bit smaller in size. We stayed for one night only on our way back from Inverness for our next day flight. Location is far from center.
