Brilliant location close to Tram line. Good breakfast. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Everything was good except when we were stuck in elevator, one of the staff members was a bit snippy stating the obvious that perhaps there were too many people in the elevator. When we arrived at the hotel two days earlier, the lift was already out of order, so maybe a fault caused us to be stuck. No need for staff member to be agitated, we all thought it was funny, first time being stuck in an elevator

The hotel was very nice staff were very helpful with a lovely buffet breakfast and it was in a good location to explore other areas of Edinburgh with great transport links
The cost of two nights mon/ tue I thought were a bit pricey but then again the cost of living is high atm, what made up for it was the free breakfast

The hotel was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was relatively clean (though there is still room for improvement). The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was okay, with a decent variety of food such as eggs, toast, yogurt, pancakes, and fruit. Overall there was a good ratio between price and quality.
The breakfast options were the same every day, so after a couple of days it just felt like too much of the same thing. The bacon served at breakfast was really bad—it was like chewing gum. The coffee wasn’t very good either. I also really missed having more vegetables; there were only tomatoes each day. There was no fridge in the room.
