This was the perfect location for us. We were there for the start of a cruise the next day and we were thrilled when we could actually see our ship from the property and were able to walk to the pier in about 5 minutes. The hotel was clean and beds very comfortable,

The staff were super friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond. The connections to public transport were great.
The plumbing was noisy, each time someone flushed the toilet there was a loud noise.

Room was a good size and clean. Location very good (2 minute walk to the tram), twenty minutes on the tram and you’re in the centre of Edinburgh
Breakfast was a bit of a “bun fight”. Not the best quality, watery scrambled eggs, or be juice very watered down, coffee (I think there was some in my cup) very bitter and bland.
