Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed and pillows , toiletries supplied, staff efficient and friendly
The breakfast plates are underneath the buffet making it hard to get at without seeming like you’re pushing in.
There needs to be signage to remind people to be quiet in early mornings and late nights in the corridors

Despite distance from the city centre, the hotel is close to tram and bus and to restaurants and a supermarket
Really expensive for a room for 4 people where it was nearly impossible to move. The extra bed had a mattress with springs pointing in your back. Definitely not good value for money

Staff were friendly and helpful
The breakfast was appalling. Took ages to bring out food that had run out. Fresh from the kitchen but was cold and the amount of grease was overwhelming. Not enough seats for people, had to constantly wait to be seated. Avoided on 2nd morning

Great location for our purposes going to Leith.

I’ve stayed in several IHG hotels and always lovely. Bed was really comfortable and I had a great sleep
Breakfast was a bit crowded for me and felt like we were sitting too close to other people. When I came for breakfast most trays were empty so that was very disappointing. My husband was about 10 minutes later and they were all topped up
