Wonderful
I’ve stayed in several IHG hotels and always lovely. Bed was really comfortable and I had a great sleep
Breakfast was a bit crowded for me and felt like we were sitting too close to other people. When I came for breakfast most trays were empty so that was very disappointing. My husband was about 10 minutes later and they were all topped up

Location was good and parking was available at premises
Room was smelly and room size was smaller than similar bed capacity rooms in other Holiday Inn Express hotels.
Parking was paid. It feels less painful if parking charges are incorporated in room rent.
Hotel staff wasn’t aware of rules around hotel parking charges.
Staff and service were chaotic at breakfast.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. The staff is very responsive. They helped me with everything that bothered me. I liked everything and recommend this hotel!

The location was very convenient the tram stop was just outside the hotel and we could catch the tram into Edinburgh, and breakfast was decent.
Not enough parking for customers outside the hotel although they do have overflow parking across the road.

Great location for catching a cruise or visiting the Royal Yacht. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy.
Elevators were extremely slow. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

The place was clean and safe. The room had average appointments. The breakfast was satisfactory. Great location for cruise passengers. Excellent customer service
The room was noisy from 5:30 am to midnight. I found it hard to sleep. Poor wardrobe space.

Breakfast was cold, and not very nice, and it was hardly edible.
The food In restaurant could have been cooked better me and my partner had toasties and my wife's wasn't cooked properly we did say but they never done anything
