Adequate emergency accommodation. Helpful staff at front desk. Always seemed to have a good availability of parking spaces and UBER drivers. Handy for trams.
No fridge in the bedroom. Very limited space for clothing. No personal safe. Breakfast offering did not keep up with guest requirements - probably because staffing level is inadequate.

The staff were lovely and several of them made a point of saying hello to our dog and making a fuss of him which was really nice. The room was comfortable and considering it was a pet friendly room very clean.
Having to pay extra for parking in what appeared to be a carpark for the hotel. The room cost I felt was a little high and would have deterred me if we were not travelling with our dog had it not been so close to our daughter's flat who we were visiting. As a couple we both prefer baths but to be fair we knew it was only a shower when we booked.

Staff were friendly and helpful, staff were pet friendly and very understanding. Room was as expected and well furnished with good access for our puppy.
Room was clean on arrival, daily cleaning was however poor with dirty cups left in room and bed left untidy.

The location is great and the staff were friendly.
There was a lot of noise in the night throughout our stay. The TV sound of adjacent rooms carried all the way inside ours, to the point that we were unable to sleep until after 2am during both nights.
The room and property was very dirty. As an example, there was a large glob of jam on the carpet in the middle of the stairs that we encountered when we first arrived and was still there after we left. The chairs in the breakfast hall were full of stains and tables were dirty. The room itself was dirty too, especially the shower.
The breakfast was quite poor. There was limited availability on some of the items (eg. the hash browns were gone despite an hour of breakfast time remaining). The quality of the available items was lacking, such as the coffee or the sausages.
We ended up paying a lot of money (nearly 200 per person a night) for what turned out to be two nights of poor sleep, a dirty environment, and bad breakfast. This has truly been one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a long time (despite the nice staff and nice location). Very bad value, do not recommend!

Very convenient location for the tram stop.
Double bed was truly enormous and very comfortable.
Very expensive for a functional but not luxurious room. Communal seating and dining room seating were quite grubby.
