Great location with good value parking. Buffet breakfast catered to the whole family. Considering how busy it was we didn’t hear any noise in the rooms.
We had a family room which was two double beds, this didn’t really work for the kids, 2x singles and 1x double would have been ideal.

The location is perfect for activities with children.
The hotel did not offer the option of heating milk for breakfast. We asked the staff for help, but no one could provide a solution for heating the milk. The hotel has a very small dining room, and we had to wait in line for a table several days in a row. Once you finally get a table and are eating breakfast, you feel intimidated sitting there, watching other people in line, waiting to see if you'll finish quickly.

Breakfast included in the room rate, friendly staff.
Quality of food at breakfast, under cooked bacon, overcooked sausages and scrambled egg. Our room had a dirty armchair, the room looked tired and in need of refurbishment. Poor value for money, bar drinks overly expensive. 2x drinks £14.00. I paid less at the Montegue in the gardens in central London.

Oh dear the breakfast on our first morning was mostly missing - no bacon no butter various other items missing or running low The second morning seemed all back to normal.
Keeping the supplies of breakfast items under review at all times would ease the situation

The breakfast was a shambles, only hot food was beans and scrambled eggs. The accessible room was not safe as water did not drain fast enough from shower. Emailed manager with concerns, no response.. Not value the money.

Wonderful
Regular visitor to Leith/Edinburgh and stayed a few times now along with other hotels in area. Location great with public transport links. Staff on this hotel stay really proactive and attentive (Skye and Jade) Breakfast good too.

The staff are really helpful there is a fresh clean atmosphere about the place. The location is lovely a peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and you can get on the tram just outside to go to city centre it was an excellent experience for my wife and I.
The only thing I didn’t like was the second day in when the cleaning staff came to service our room they took the spare key card for our room don’t why they did that but other than that really enjoyed our stay.
