Bed comfortable and the shower worked well. The staff very kindly gave us hot milk both evenings we stayed.
Waitresses with laddered tights or dirty trousers and hair not tied back wiping food debris straight on to unswept floor when clearing tables.
Having to fight for food at the breakfast buffet and staff very slow in replenishing items which had been used up. Food in buffet cold, but fruit berry compote still part frozen. Mouldy oranges on Monday morning.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient for what we needed. Staff friendly enough, hotel quiet, until breakfast, had no idea all those people were even in the hotel! Bed and pillows actually very comfy for a hotel.
It is very pricey for an "express" option. There is no conditioner in the bathroom. Limited options at "free" breakfast. I would normally say, "You get what you pay for", however, we paid a lot for 1 room for 1 night.

Location to nearby family. The breakfast was well laid out.
There was no hair dryer located. There was no option to accommodate bed lights from the bed. Have you get out of bed to turn off lights. Unable to separate bed lights for use.
