The buffet breakfast was fine but the room was crowded.
The location is quite good, close to the tram system so easy access to the city & the airport.
The local docklands area has interesting bars & restaurants
The heating part of the aircon in our room was not working.

Room very comfy. Breakfast good , sorry often no tomatoes. Location was quiet, but easy to get to the city

Great staff and clean hotel
Tv wasn’t working and was told they couldn’t fix it until tomorrow and as this was a one night stay not much help. £250 a night thought it would have been a little better service for the money
