Very Good
Great location, easy access to Old Town, trams, busses, etc. Room was spacious, modern, and clean, and nice breakfast included. Free coffees were a plus.
A little bit noisy because the building seems quite old and walls and floors creak when neighbors are moving around (the hotel does have modern styling and is clearly renovated, it’s just how older buildings are). The sound was not enough to disturb sleep though.

Breakfast was ok, but as the lift was broken one member of my party couldn't get to breakfast and we had to chose for them. Very busy, cramped space. Was told on first day it ended at half ten but everything cleared up before then. Location was fairly good as v near tram.

It was very central to everything we needed to do that night as we had dinner around the corner and darts in st James quarter. It was easy to get to from the car park we chose in the omni centre.
It was incredibly noisy at all hours, not just city noise as that’s to be expected but noise from both the upstairs room and the adjoining room.
The noise upstairs was someone either showering or flushing the toilet every 20 minutes all night so there was a constant water running noise
We had an adjoining bedroom to ours which we did not book and were not told about prior to booking as we would’ve requested a different room. My partner who I was with said he could hear “noises” all night which I feel is a bit inappropriate for a family friendly hotel.

Very close to all the city centre attractions. Also I have an issue with noise outside my room window, but the lady in reception gave me another room straight away.
Sometimes you can hear the voices from the room beside you.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed for our short stay. Breakfast was good with plenty of everything and always hot .
We weren’t disappointed with anything as we have stayed there several times before we knew what to expect.
