The breakfast was chaotic, we couldn't find a table and checked out. The staff were unhelpful and even rude

Room was okay and the bed very comfortable, however the bathroom wasn't anything fancy. We had a problem with toilet flush - but that was quickly fixed. The breakfast is great, anyone can find something for themselves - from typical english breakfast to cereal.

The room was quiet and comfortable with plenty of space for three adult travelers. We especially appreciated the front desk staff who was available to answer all questions and provided assistance in securing taxis when necessary. Location, friendly staff.
Overpriced, needs some maintenance, needs better cleaning, needs more space for breakfast, breakfast should be better for the money paid, have to carry your luggage down/up steps inside, poor room lighting, etc.
