Close proximity to The Playhouse where we had booked a show, also only a short distance to St James Quarter & not far from Princes Street area.

read in the reviews that there weren’t even any eggs at breakfast, so we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. I’m Muslim, and unfortunately I don’t have many suitable breakfast options other than eggs.
There was no closed wardrobe in the room, so our belongings caused a bit of clutter. Also, there was no refrigerator in the room. The hotel was not very suitable for people with strollers either, as not all areas are accessible by elevator. This issue actually starts with the stairs at the hotel entrance.

Excellent location. Staff were outstanding, couldn’t be any better.
The bathroom is in need of repair in room 101. Cracked shower tray, silicone and grout black with mould/dirt.

Staff were really lovely and helpful. The rooms were fairly spacious and the location for the Playhouse is perfect. Free coffee in the bar area was a bonus, bar area was well stocked.
Third visit here and the only disappointment is the breakfast area although breakfast was good. It’s laid out badly, meaning that guests are on top of each other trying to reach food and drinks. This is the only negative about this hotel.

Very clean, spacious comfortable throughout
Welcome greeting on arrival with all you needed to know explained.
Comfy, spacious and quiet room, no need for my earplugs.
Courtesy soap, shampoo, bidywash supplied.
Breakfast again was of an excellent quality, buffet style yet fresh.
All staff were attentive and friendly.
Lovely little bar area.
Asked for a twin but was a large double,
We didn't bother to request it changing as the bed was large enough
