Pleasant friendly atmosphere. Perfect location to explore Edinburgh. Close to come back for an afternoon break and a coffee. Relax in the evening with a drink.

Location of the hotel is fantastic.. clean, modern, places to sit and relax in the lobby.
Good you can leave your luggage safely until your room is ready and at check out.
The breakfast was very unorganised and very crowded. Didn't enjoy the experience at all.
There was also free hot drinks in the lobby which we were not told about at check in.
Would have been nice to know to grab a drink on our way out or on return.

Location in front of tram and walking distance to everything in Edinburgh City Centre.
Hot breakfast was a bonus.
Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The room was very cold and the furniture and bathroom were dated and worn out.
