The room was clean, nice and very functional. The location of the hotel was great as it was central to all tourist hotspots. The breakfast was very well rounded with an option for every requirement. But what my family and I loved the most was the 24/7 complimentary tea and coffee station in the hotel. It was easily the best feature. We have recommended this hotel to many of our friends and we hope to visit again soon.
There was no accommodation for guests with luggages like tourists. Although there were lifts to each floor, there were a few short stairs within floors that we had to carry the luggages over, which was difficult as they were big, heavy suitcases since we were travelling from another country.

Good breakfast.
Allowed us to leave backpacks before check-in and after check-out.
Room not cleaned (hair in bathroom, dust on furniture, mould in shower, dirty walls).
Room not prepared for 3 guests (no bedding or towels for the third guest).
Although we had a late check-out at 5pm, the lack of basic preparation and cleanliness.
Poor soundproofing – could hear people in the corridor.

The price is too high for a 3-star hotel. 2X the price for a night in Glasgow.

Location
Quite run down for the exuberant price. Bathroom had lots of dirty spots around the shower and the door did not close and it was so flimsy.
Absolutely no storage at all so lived out our case for three days
No ice or vending machine options and god help you if you have mobility issues. Front steps very steep and the hall lift was broken our entire stay
