Nice size apartment for a couple,clean & bed was very comfortable.
The fact that we had traveled from Birmingham early in the morning & not able to check into room until after 3pm,only to find the room still being cleaned at this time so we had to leave again until it was finished im not sure why it was being cleaned at this time if guests have to vacate at 11am theres no way it would take that long to clean an apartment of that size,also found it a bit frustrating that the heating controller was difficult to use,would be much easier to have ON/OFF switches for the radiators & Hot water & under floor heating!

No parking available outside apartment as permit only or very expensive. Windows blinds were an OCD trigger lol.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. It was also clean, tidy and had lovely decor. I loved that entry was accessed by a unique code for myself which meant I didnt have to worry about carrying a key.
The doors in the corridor were very loud however it was quiet during the evening so there was no issue during the night.

Location brilliant, right at the back of the Usher Hall
Small things would have made such a difference, most of which have been mentioned in other reviews but not acted on such as only 1 milk sachet, carpet could be doing with clean with it being light grey. My husband had to clear the shower trap of other peoples hair (not nice) as the water was nearly overflowing. No bin liners in bathroom. Dont know who was staying upstairs but they were running up and downstairs till 3:30 am, sounded like students maybe

It was immaculate and so modern. Well kept and easy to find with a great location - right opposite the castle and gardens and local eateries. Thank you for having us!
Maybe if the front windows had a bit of a fog/mist effect for the bottom half as we had to keep our blinds closed during getting ready in the morning etc but it was a gorgeous stay.

The host never sent us the door code to get in, so we weren't able to stay there. We had to find another hotel room last minute. Thank god we found vacancy!

Fantastic location, easy access to the property, comfortable big bed and spacious room and bathroom.
Lack of extra bin liners, lack of washing up liquid and cleaning require more attention as it was lots of dust on the door on he television holder,mould on the shower head and lots of stains on the carpet and walls.The property requires deep cleaning.
