Very Good
The hotel was nice, even though it’s not close to the city center. On the other hand, it’s very convenient for the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good, though a bit pricey. The location worked well for me — just across the street you can catch a bus that takes you directly to the center in 20-25 min.
The hotel’s cleaning service could be improved. Even though we requested daily cleaning, at times it felt like the room wasn’t really cleaned. Also, one of the towels we received had makeup stains and a bedsheet had a bloodstain. Once we reported it, they immediately replaced them.

Great restaurants- both breakfast and the bar. Helpful staff. Great big room, excellent gym, nice pool and saunas. Not far from airport. Quiet.
I liked everything. Except that the 12 kg dumbbells had been stolen from the gym.

Breakfast was excellent, Room service was good. Majority stuffs are polite and professional.
Majority stuff were friendly except one who insulted my wife not to be good at English language skill. Due to safe and TV faulty we had to change our room. Internet TV had always been slow and after 5 mins it get freeze. The worst experience was air condition panel which was cigarette smoking smell all the time. I spoke to receptionist and get informed some other rooms also had same problem and it was under investigation.

Location was perfect for our needs. Big room, comfortable bed.
Breakfast was expensive. Room wasn’t cleaned properly when we asked. Came in and only did the bathroom- didn’t change sheets or even make the bed, did not refill teas/sugar etc. TV showed someone else’s name and we had people knocking on our door twice looking for that person.

breakfast,cleanliness and the nice staff
I had booked a Deluxe Room, but if that was truly a deluxe, I really wonder what a standard room looks like. The room was small, furnished with old, dated furniture, and the bathroom was extremely tiny. The space was further cramped by having two king-size beds squeezed into it, which made it feel uncomfortable. At £220 per night, this simply does not represent good value. Marriott should seriously consider investing in a major refurbishment, because in its current state the hotel does not live up to the brand’s standards.

The staff were lovely when we arrived and recieved a complimentary mojito which was welcomed as it was very hot
We were told our room wasnt available and to wait 10 mins which we didnt mind . When we got our room and entered it it had clearly not been cleaned . The bin was still full the bed wasnt made properly the kettle was piping hot so someone had clearly left the bathroom was steamy and there was a nose ring on the floor so it deffinetly not been cleaned we were heading straight out to a concert and then back late so I didnt say anything but for the price I had paid I had at least expected a clean room
