Spacious apartment with everything you need for a night away with friends
Overall the property was clean, the beds were spotless, however the floors were very dirty. Infact i wore white socks which were black by the end of the evening and there was dust/ fluff behind the pull out sofa bed.

Central to most attractions and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Transport links are on your doorstep. Although in the city centre, once inside very quiet.

The location
The fact that we couldnt get into property along with 3 other couples all of whom booked through Booking.Com and the contact telephone number remained unanswered. No code access given and no staff to be seen. Eventually given access to another persons apartment before given access to the right one that had mouse traps!

The apartment was clean and spacious and in an excellent location for transport links and easy walking distance to Princes Street.
Booking.com customer Service was excellent with helping book a possible replacement hotel.
We had a huge problem checking in. We waited over an hour along with another couple to get access to the property. We were outside in the freezing cold for around 30 mins of this until another guest let us in the hallway. No one was answering the telephone number provided and even customer service at booking.com couldn't get hold of anyone. By the time we did get an answer there was now 3 couples waiting and we had to wait for each one to be given their codes for access and share 1 phone between us all in fear of losing the call. We missed our dinner reservation and it made us feel uneasy as one couple were given access to a room that already had someone in it.
The rooms are very basic, very outdated and both of the televisions we had did not work due to a weak signal.
You are advised not to touch the channel search button in the guidance so we did not.
The furniture is very old fashioned and the sofa we had was so flat and low it was not comfortable.
The main hallway is full of laundry and ironing machinery so makes the entrance to the place very untidy and not welcoming.
We will not stay here again due to the issues we had.
