The room was quiet, clean and comfortable.
Would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Or a couple of Scottish shortbread biscuits with the tea.

Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the Grassmarket and other attractions. A lovely building and very clean. Breakfast was lovely, with an excellent selection of. All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming.
The only minor point was the loose tap in the bathroom. Everything else was great.

Friendly Staffs.. Cheth in Reception was super helpful, she pointed out for me the to go spots Vinit in breakfast was very friendly and was like one man army, he was there to serve throughout my stay.

Check in was super easy and staff was friendly. Room was clean. WiFi was fast. Location was near many restaurants and stores near the university and within walking distance to many places in Old Town. Good shampoo, soap, and lotion provided. They were able to hold my bags so I could still explore the city after check out and before my flight out
