Room was sufficient for 3 of us for a night. Location was excellent to walk to all the Edinburgh highlights Staff accommodated storing our luggage before check in and after check out to allow us to tour the city without them. Fresh water at the front desk is a nice welcome
Noisy area. We were on the 2nd floor and it was very hot when we were there so we had to keep the windows open and we can hear the street level noise at all hours.

Clean, very good size room/apartment for 3 adults ( 1 double bed+1 single bed in another room). Nice helpful staff. Quiet room.
It s a bit far from the city center, at least 15-20 min walk from the castle, 30 min walk from George Street and Princess Street, where the very nice restaurants are.

Very little…It’s was ok. Very basic, room was very small and didn’t offer much. A bed and shower.
Front door buzzer was very annoying, couldn’t access the building with key card. Window in room only opened by 2 inches, blind was broken, iron in room was broken, really bad smell in the bathroom.

Clean with good basic amenities and rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful and ordered a taxi straight from the hotel which arrived in 5 mins. There were good bus stops nearby to get buses into town etc. Walking distance to Victoria street and the castle, but too far to walk to the new town.
A little far from the train station. Also the hot breakfast could be better - the eggs, mushrooms and bacon were inedible. However good spread of continents bfast options. It cost an extra 16 pounds which is expensive given there are cafes nearby that sell better food for cheaper.

The property is clean and staff is very kind and helpful. Paid £12pp for breakfast with a full English breakfast.

It was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space to move about and “live” in our room (we stayed 1 week). The breakfast was very good and the staff members exceptional. They were hugely helpful, especially when our flight was cancelled and they had to rework some things so we could stay an extra night. Highly recommended.
