The property is clean and staff is very kind and helpful. Paid £12pp for breakfast with a full English breakfast.

It was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space to move about and “live” in our room (we stayed 1 week). The breakfast was very good and the staff members exceptional. They were hugely helpful, especially when our flight was cancelled and they had to rework some things so we could stay an extra night. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect for most of the points of interest for a tourist.
The breakfast is excellent, and the person in charge, Karen, will make you feel at home.
The room is too small for two people (room 305), the shower tap is worn out, hard to open and close. There is no ventilation to extract the condensation.
