The perfect location located in the centre of Edinburgh. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating too

The location is good, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was comfortable.
The bathtub was old and did not seem very clean, though it may have been due to chipped enamel, etc. It should definitely have been replaced.

Clean, comfortable accommodation, excellent value for money, close to all attractions. The staff are very kind and helpful, especially Vinith who was at the breakfast and the gentleman from Glasgow at the reception. The breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. Cold food (salami, vegetables, fruit, yoghurt, jam, pastries, juice, coffee...) is out on the counter, and hot food is available on request. The rooms have free wifi, towels, toilet paper, tissue paper, liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, iron, TV, instant coffee, milk cream, sugar, sweetener and kettle.
What is missing in the room is a toilet brush and a mini fridge. Everything else is great.

Loved the location, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were a good size and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast is a good deal and they will pack it to go for you if you ask. There are stores and good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

The reception staff are all really friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my window in my room, It was really hard to close. The receptionist went to close it directly.
The housekeeping team was always smiling and greeting me when I was seeing them in the corridors.

I liked that there is heating - a radiator. I turned it on for 1 hour and the whole room and bathroom were dry and warm. The lady at breakfast also served us like in a Michelin restaurant. Everything was gorgeous! I missed already Edinburgh

Great location - almost in the city center. Very friendly staff, breakfast is just beyond perfection - great coffee, you can order from the menu - everything is prepared quickly! Very friendly team works here! We really liked that after a long day of walking we returned to a clean room with new towels! It was so cozy!
