It’s convenience and the free tea and coffee
It’s central location. The room size was a bit of a shock however as it was only for sleeping in we got over that. The facilities in the room were vary satisfactory.

Very good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful .Breakfast was good for buffet.
The bed was placed against 2 walls not allowing one person to get up from bed without crawling over the other overnight. 2 single beds would resolve problem. Drainage from shower failed to drain Room 508 was where we stayed on 18 April 2026. Hotel: Hub Edinburgh City Centre,Rose Street .

Location is very central, close to the tram stop and was in the middle of everything/everywhere we wanted to go and see

The location is perfect. It is very close to the city center and the train station (just a 4 min walk). We didn’t even need to use public transport. The place was very clean and the stuff members were kind&helpful. They also stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend it :)

staff were extremely helpful, so pleasant. Room really clean. Close to the city centre and a few mins walk away from bus to airport
maybe a bigger sign outside as we had walked past it and even the taxi driver couldn't see it

Room was well thought-out and immaculately clean
Staff were very helpful
Being able to leave your bags before checking in and after checking out means you can wander the city without lugging about bags.
Lounge area was lovely, comfortable and nicely decorated. Lovely place to sit and have a drink/hot drink before bed

Bed was way smaller than it looked in the pictures and the carpet on the floor was disgusting: stains everywhere.

Its location was the best thing about it and was very quiet.
Not enough staff working, only ever saw two team members running back and forward to the bar and reception desk. Asked for extra towels multiple times and never got them.
