Exceptional
The breakfast was brilliant and the rooms were clean. Johnathan at the front desk gave us a very warm welcome and made sure we were comfortable while accommodating our early check-in. We were seconds away from the bus stop on the route to the city centre. Great spot.
Can’t think of a single thing to complain about here. 10/10.

Excellent large and comfortable room. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

The price was fair and staff very friendly and helpful
Our room didn’t feel very clean. Lots of dust around the skirting boards and window sills and snot on the wall next to the bunk bed!! Pint glasses often lining the corridor which is a big hazard around young children

Acces to rooms, some stairs by the midle. Room was dirty, look on the top of the cabinets.

You can hear sound from next door talking and the door closing. I can’t have a good night sleep. Also because I was on the top floor. The shower water pressure is very low, can’t have a good shower.

The room initially seemed comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom included shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, and there was instant coffee on the counter along with a kettle for hot water. The central heating system in the room was excellent and kept everything warm and cozy.
However, the overall experience was very disappointing. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was awful — my fish and chips arrived cold, and the frozen vegetables served with the chicken wings tasted poorly thawed and close to inedible. We also waited 30 minutes for service without any attention.
Unfortunately, I experienced stomach pain the next morning after the meal. The second room we were given was in very poor condition, with a constantly flooded bathroom floor and a clogged sink, which made it unpleasant to use.
Additionally, there were issues with noise every night, as other guests were very loud and disruptive, making it difficult to rest.
Overall, despite a few good amenities, the stay was far below expectations and very disappointing.
