Free muffin and juice on arrival. Two free coffee coupons was very much appreciated. Room was very clean and bed was super comfy. Swimming pool clean and not too busy. Free parking space good too. 15% voucher off food and shower was good. Nice big mugs on tea and coffee tray
No shower gel in shower only body lotion and conditioner.

Great staff, clean rooms with a HUGE bed and a good shower. Everything you need when away from home.
Breakfast was buffet style with rubber eggs and overdone bacon.

There was no air in the rooms and the rooms personally were really small. We didn’t get a good sleep in the slightest. Was also very noisy the next morning too

Great stay. Staff were extremely nice. Lovely clean spacious room, comfortable bed. Bus is super convenient to edinburgh centre running regularly. We had an early flight and taxi was arranged for 5am with no issues. Excellent value for money.

Rooms and bathrooms were fantastic. Comfortable beds and lovely clean fluffy towels each day.
Breakfast could have had more options especially for hot breakfast. Portions on offer seemed quite small which meant people were reluctant to help themselves.

I like how they had like a small shop with essentials
It was absolutely filthy the pool was full of hair black fluff and dust there was a pile of wet dust hair and fluff on the corner there was snots floating round the pool it was absolutely disgusting the room was vile also there was stuff all over the floor hairs in the bathroom and you couldn’t get a good nights rest as there was just constant banging and screaming coming form somewhere in the hotel the bathroom was unkept the walls were absolutely vile in the room the whole hotel just wasn’t clean and for nearly £250 I expected better if I’m honest and there was plates outside rooms the whole time we were here and mold on the window sills
