The reception staff were lovely and friendly.
When I had checked in and was getting changed a member of housekeeping walked into my room and was heading to the bathroom. Very surprised to see me there turned and left the room ?! Looked like she was coming in to use the toilet possibly?? My room was downgraded to a single bed when I booked and paid for a double room! Bathroom wasn't clean and the bed was very uncomfortable. Room situated next to lift and stairs so was very noisy all night.

No air-conditioning. No luggage racks..no wash cloths. No breakfast. Not enough parking spaces for the cars close to entrance ..staff was rude especially this one when I asked for a wash cloth..she said not my problem when I said I needed one..all in all it was the worst hotel I have ever..ever stayed in..1 black room cleaner got me a post card..guess what the front desk said we don't have any..lier.went back to room saw room cleaner ..he said oh I can get you one. He did..I give this hotel a minus 0..it was so awful
Everything ..scrap everyone and start over with some amenities..like airconditioning..it makes e s me sick everything i think about what dump that pl lace is and what we paid for it..

The staff were very helpful and the room was a good size clean and comfortable. The bar stayed open extra late for concert goers and pizza for sale into early hours

Friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable room. Handy access to public transport.
Other than the price being a little higher than I would like, I can think of.nothing I didn’t like.

The steam room and sauna were the best bits the pool was good too
I’ve got to say reading reviews off previous guests the hotel is run down the room was old fashioned the lampshade stained to bits the windowsill peeling paint and there was sweets under the bed off previous guests the roof tiles on the way to the pool were stained the single bed was uncomfortable but the double was ok the breakfasts were not cooked enough for me we skipped the last days breakfasts could of done with a takeout option for breakfast the pool was ok but did look grubby round the sides and the pool and other facilities closed at 8 o clock which I think could be opened longer had a fan in room which was good the gym was also good and clean pool staff were a bit grumpy
