Everything was great. I want to make a huge accent on very friendly staff. The guys are doing their job super well. Helping you wherever you need with patience and respect. A big thank you to the shift manager on the day of our stay (forgot his name) , very pleasant man.

I think it is not only me thinking so, but this hotel needs a good renovation of a room's interior and to make the hotel more fancy, more attractive and more modern. Due from the room's ventilation to the lighting - security system. And it would be nice to have a coffee machine and a mini-bar fridge at least for a couple of bottles of water.
But as I said except for that the rest was super good. Thank you

Nice breakfast, staff helpful
Too loud, creaking floors, you can hear every step in the room upstairs. Night light doesn't work, too warm, old worn furniture, dust on the curtains, dirty mattresses. Swimming pool area smelly and dirty

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable . The room was quiet had an iron!!
Room was large.
The price for mid week . I had to wait 10mins for my last minute booking on booking. Com to show on the system at the hotel .
I heard as I waited a customer complain about their room and felt it was dealt with very badly. Wondered if I had done the right thing booking bearing in mind the price.
Tea supplies were one ordinary tea the rest were ginger and lemon.
I had a shower in the room prefer a bath.
I have stayed at this hotel often and find the service is either really good or lacking but inconsistent

The bar area was really nice and the bed was comforatble and I had all the things I needed there, irnoning board and iron for example.
It's far out from the centre if you want an ight out but it's great for the airport.

Enough parking places and located right next to the bus stop
The property is old and looked visibly unclean. Limited breakfast options. Property is quite far away from the city center - 40 min, so take that into account.

For some room, you have no option but to use stairs. Carrying big luggage while using stairs not a good combination for elderly.

Very comfortable room, great restaurant, exceptional staff.
I loved the Leonardo but honestly, who on earth decided that an array of Pot Noodles for sale at reception was a good idea?! By all means, sell them for hungry travellers who arrive outwith restaurant hours but to showcase them at the reception?? This really lets an otherwise lovely, very well run hotel down.

Just could not fault it at the staff very helpful 110% very good customer serve from them all
Breakfast to die for and I mean every item on my plates was amazing and tasty
The beds are probably the best ever so far very clean room with everything you need in them I would defo come baxk
