Spa/gym was good. No jacuzzi
Bed too small. Poor location , bit dated. Tight on room coffee/milk !

Windows were dirty with cob webs was verry dusty everywhere
Lift in the hotel had dropped down to the point you had to step down in the lift (we had to warn a man not to go in to it just incase ) with the doors open told lady on reception witch she was not verry concerned about she finally put a sign on the lift out of order 3 hours later.
Hotel was red hot no air con or fans offered
Check out a night early due to beying uncomfortable and haveing to climb 5 flights of stairs just to get to our room was not good service for the price I paid for nearly 200 odd pound a night

The room was spacious. Good breakfast, although I would have enjoyed a bit more if the food was warmer.
Our room was rather cold. Perhaps our radiator was not working. The rest of the hotel was rather warm.

Lack of sound proofing, multi wake ups due to creaky floor boards in the room above us.

Only fault no air conditioning and although a fan was provided room did tend to get very hot.
