We went for dinner in the hotel on our second night and the restaurant was full, there was only one waitress, we had to ask her to take our order and when she did she brought out the wrong order. When we went to pay my partner was standing at the bar to pay for ages and was ignored by the bar tender numerous times and had to ask to pay numerous time.

Great hotel and staff really helpful and friendly.
Location. The location was listed as Murrayfield but was still pretty far from Murrayfield and also too far out of city centre to make easy to get in and out quickly.

Location is a bit out of town but that suited us and it's easy to grab a bus to the centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and attractive.
Breakfast was pretty standard. Staff were a bit inattentive regarding supplies - I had to ask them to refill the bread baskets and to refill the milk in the coffee machine twice. The sink in our en suite bathroom didn't drain, or drained extremely slowly, and the tap wasn't screwed on correctly. I considered the room price on the high side and ended up wondering exactly what it was I was paying for.

The location and the facilities. I didn’t get the opportunity to use the sauna and pool as it was mostly busy but I loved the gym and the first receptionist. A very young girl was very professional and pleasant.
The housekeepers won’t change the sheets and didn’t fix the room properly. It was still messy even after cleaning. And there’s no minibar in the room, so you can’t store your drinks or anything that needs to be refrigerated.

The rooms were lovely. The staff were very friendly - especially Mia, who checked us in and was around a lot of the time whilst we were there. The swimming pool was nice. Plenty of parking.
The gym equipment was very dusty. The gym could do with a really good clean. There was no soya milk for breakfast - even the second day after we had requested it.
