Rooms were close to each other.
Very cold staff at check in, didn't feel welcome. Rooms were quite basic, no shower gel or amenities in bathroom. Housekeeping was probably the worst I've ever experienced, Had to ask for towels, tissues and toilet paper everyday. Beds were not made, rooms were not cleaned as well as they should have been. Floorboards creak literally all over the hotel. Gym was very dirty, overall terrible hotel and would never stay there again.

This hotel is perfect location close to airport and with easy access to the city via a bus. The staff were friendly & helpful & we enjoyed the food in the restaurant. The room was comfortable & quiet.
The decor is a little tired but provided our basic needs.

I’m writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the way we were treated by a staff member named Callum today, shortly before we went for breakfast.
From the moment we encountered him, his attitude was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. Rather than treating us like guests or even just fellow human beings, Callum acted as though we were prisoners under his control. His tone, behavior, and complete lack of respect made the entire experience deeply uncomfortable and upsetting.
We were spoken to in a condescending and aggressive manner, without any provocation. There was absolutely no justification for his treatment of us, and it's beyond unacceptable in any setting—especially one where professionalism and basic decency should be expected.
This is not something we’re willing to brush off or ignore. We will be making a formal complaint about this incident and expect it to be taken seriously. No one deserves to be treated this way.
Until this is addressed appropriately, we cannot recommend this place to anyone, and we sincerely hope no other guests have to go through what we experienced today.

The room and hotel was overall very clean. The Wifi was fast. There were no odors. The hotel is modern, and the check-in check-out was easy. The reception staff was good.
It's not a good value for money. There was no drinking water available in the room, which is a very basic amenity. I water bottles from reception at a hotel high rate. The hotel does not provide disposable slippers either.
The bathroom was clean but very fragile. The faucet was loose. There is no drain on the floor, so you have to be careful not to drop any water. The shower area is facing the door so water could splash, and for that reason, I didn't take shower at all. The whole floors are wooden and very squeaky.

The room was very nice and had all the facilities you'd need, including an iron (without an ironing board), a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, tea & coffee making facilities (no biscuits).
The room was very comfortable, including the bed.
I was not overly keen on the bathroom layout. The sink had some very sharp corners, and it was so close to the toilet that you could hardly move.

Not much.
Reception staff, young lady specifically, were not friendly. Made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by simply checking in. Pictures did NOT look anything like what is posted online. Very dated room, bathroom doorknob was falling off. Pillow and sheets were dirty upon arrival. The same young lady who begrudgingly checked us in also delivered our additional set of towels and clean pillow/case via the lightest knock on the door that we almost missed it, plopped the stuff in my arms, quickly informed me that she “couldn’t find any tissues” since the box in our room was empty, and then promptly walked away. We were also unaware that the lift only goes up to the second floor so we had to lug ALL of our extra large suitcases and everything else up to the third floor and then up additional steps due to the odd floor layout. Perhaps other Leonardos are nicer and people are getting them mixed up, hence the outrageously high ratings for such establishment.

Nothing at all everything dirty
Very poor cleaning services, no bed sheets change same since we arrive tell we go for 6 nights. The heater not working, and it’s dirty not cleaning , the door is bad it’s not close properly, the entire the room without permission.
