The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views and a peaceful, quiet environment. It was a comfortable place to stay and conveniently located for exploring Edinburgh.
Complimentary bottled water was not provided, and bottled water was also unavailable for purchase from either the reception or the bar, which was inconvenient. No air conditioning in the rooms. On the last night, one of the lifts was out of service. We had to check out three rooms at 6:00 AM, and despite requesting assistance multiple times, no staff were available to help with our luggage. As most of our group were ladies, with only one male, carrying luggage down from the second and third floors was extremely difficult. Given the hotel’s price range, we expected better service and facilities.

1.Location is Far but you can use the bus to center but in my case i used uber cost Arround 20 pound to the center going for one trip
2.I faced a very strange thing there is no hotel slippers even i called the room service she responded we dont have sir.
3. No additional blanket when we requested from the reception and she responded to my wife no additional blanket and also madam weather is hot (its hot for the staff but for us its cold because we come from 50 degrees)
4. I was at third floor and to reach i have to carry the luggage from 2nd floor to 3rd floor since no elevator till 3rd floor.

Staff were terrific, helpful especially as we booked last minute after our VRBO fell through. Our room was large and very comfortable with plenty of storage for all our travel gear. Good location, easy and accessible bus stop into the city.

Comfortable beds, friendly and very flexible staff and good value for money; by far the most reasonable hotel in Edinburgh West based on price.
Walls are thin - easy to hear other people or the loft opening.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice room and was nice to have the option of opening the windows for fresh air. Pretty view out the window and convenient location for the airport. Great breakfast!

The location and the facilities. I didn’t get the opportunity to use the sauna and pool as it was mostly busy but I loved the gym and the first receptionist. A very young girl was very professional and pleasant.
The housekeepers won’t change the sheets and didn’t fix the room properly. It was still messy even after cleaning. And there’s no minibar in the room, so you can’t store your drinks or anything that needs to be refrigerated.

I really liked the location of the hotel. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One feature I especially appreciated was that the windows could be opened during the day to let in fresh air, which was wonderful. The bed was also very comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you!
My room (84) was located very close to a staff door that was used early in the morning. As a result, I often woke up before my alarm because of the noise from the door opening and closing. This was the main thing I did not like about my stay.
I also would have liked more variety at breakfast. The menu was the same every day. For example, one day could offer fried eggs and another day boiled eggs. I did not enjoy the scrambled eggs made from a ready-made egg mix, so I was unable to eat them. The new potatoes were also too oily for my taste.
On a positive note, I really enjoyed the grapes and other fresh fruits offered at breakfast.

I was really appreciative that the staff was able to keep me in the same room for the post-extra night after my group tour had ended. Everyone seemed very approachable, friendly and helpful.
Whoever was in the room above me was loudly walking around from 9pm to midnight. It was so loud it woke me up.
