Great location close to all the sites. Comfortable, clean and spacious. Great shower.
Welcoming staff although reception is part of a busy cafe
The apartment was very hot and took ages to cool even with the heating off and windows open.
Sofa very low and not comfortable for watching TV. Limited utensils no fish slice for example.

Great location, very helpful and communicative staff - great help with lost baggage from the airport.
Inevitably, some noise from the busy street outside. One member of staff was very friendly but not very professionally dressed/groomed.

Everything! Extremely helpful front desk, very central location, fantastic apartment, well equipped, fast internet, modern appliances. Cafe by the reception has great food and drinks and is open from 8-8. Despite the central location, it's on a quieter street and you don't hear much noise at night, but if you did there were ear plugs and a white noise machine available.
I appreciated the milk satches in the kitchen so you don't need to go to Tesco for your tea.

Perfect location, lovely staff at check in, apartment was clean and good size.
We used the NCP car park near by to park which was only a short walk away.
Noise from the bar in the middle of the hotel was open until very late so was a bit noisy
