Perfect location with easy access to all main attractions as well as public transport. The hotel and room were clean. The café downstairs was very nice with a good variety of breakfast options.
Our assigned room was very dark, lighting was insufficient in the bedroom/entrance area. The bed was very much uncomfortable and the pillows as well. The bed would creek and squeak as soon as one of us moved, making it difficult to properly rest.

Great location with only a 10 minute walk to the main street. Staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are immaculate. We have stayed before and had to stay again!

Wonderful stay, the room is so well equipped for all sorts of convenience. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend
It would be great if hotel is located in old town where more accessible to the attractions, not a big issue , only when the weather is harsh we had to do alil more of walking under the condition.

They upgraded me without me asking. So I had a view of Edinburgh lock, it was incredible. I was so tired from my journey, and I just couldn't have appreciated this gesture more. Aside from that the room had just every thoughtful little touch, it was really just an amazin stay, thank you!

Layout of the apartment was sensible and it had e everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Good heating. Great shower pressure and hot water.

We thought the £40 extra for the dog to stay was excessive. The mattress was too hard for our liking but appreciate thats an individual preference.
