Layout of the apartment was sensible and it had e everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Good heating. Great shower pressure and hot water.
A small detail would be to offer oat milk in the room.

Great location, friendly staff. Very clean too.
We thought the £40 extra for the dog to stay was excessive. The mattress was too hard for our liking but appreciate thats an individual preference.

We thought the staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful and had everything we needed, including an umbrella. It was also very clean. Thank you
I thought the bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable, that was the only thing I can fault the room on. Softer pillows and a more comfy mattress would be great.

The location was perfect, very modern, spacious and clean hotel. The bar/restaurant downstairs is really lovely too and overall we had a wonderful experience staying here.
The beds weren't too comfortable for my friend.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to get around on foot both in the New Town and all the way to the Old Town. The staff is extremely kind and very helpful, available 24/7, even via WhatsApp.
The room was large and spacious, clean, and very comfortable, equipped with all the amenities.
