This was a fabulous place to stay while exploring Edinburgh. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and stylish. Very good location, close enough to walk to everything yet on a mostly quiet street. Loved the coffee shop at the entrance, very convenient and good food.

The location was good and it was nice to have the cafe right there. Also liked having laundry in the unit
The sofa in the unit was very uncomfortable and you were not able to see the TV from the bed

Good location. Good breakfast restaurant.
Bed situation not great. The person on the far side of the bed against the wall had very little room to pass through to the main room/bathroom without disturbing the other person or banging shins on the bedframe.
No outlet near a mirror to plug in a hairdryer. The mirror was at one end of the bedroom and the plug at the opposite end so couldn't see at all. Had to balance a handheld mirror on the suitcase and sit in a chair to dry hair. Ridiculous. No hairdryer allowed in the bedtime.
Poor lighting everywhere including bathroom. Had to keep going to the window to put on makeup or see anything in the bottom of a bag.
Friends stayed at the Destiny Charlotte 5 minutes away and had twice the room and a fantastic bathroom with deep tub for less money.

Great location, very helpful and communicative staff - great help with lost baggage from the airport.
Inevitably, some noise from the busy street outside. One member of staff was very friendly but not very professionally dressed/groomed.

The location was perfect, very modern, spacious and clean hotel. The bar/restaurant downstairs is really lovely too and overall we had a wonderful experience staying here.
The beds weren't too comfortable for my friend.

Excellent location that was within walking distance of many attractions we had planned to go see. Staff was lovely and very welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need, beds were comfortable, overall very pleasant.
TV reception was often very buggy making it very difficult to watch anything as it often cut in and out - although we weren't there to watch TV so it wasn't a huge deal. It was a bit dim in the room, even at midday, but again we weren't often in the room.

The location was excellent, just a few blocks from Princes Street but felt quiet and away from huge groups. The hotel was gorgeous inside, the staff was so friendly and helpful, room was fantastic will a full, small bit full kitchen. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.
