Location was very good , room was adequate and bed was comfortable/ breakfast was very good with many choices with fresh fruit
False marketing!!
The website shows a dining room with views of the castle which was the feature which made me to decide at the double tree Hilton however , you are quickly informed that this dining room is not fit guests ! This is misleading and false advertising… to make matters worse the reception desk staff member defended their website!

- Not worth the amount paid for the room
- problem in the drainage of shower water
- Ironing table was broken
- Room service menu was too bad
- No one will help in carrying luggages
- The room decoration and furniture is too basic
- No slippers in the room unless you order and take supervisor approval.

Not alot a little walk from the multi story car park but we did pull outside to drop our bags off
