The location
Too expensive for the quality, staff were not very warm or welcoming and even ordering room service I felt like a burden. There’s other places in the same location that are far better. Floors were never clean totally and rooms felt dark and outdated

Breakfast was good and you couldn't beat the location. We had a twin room with a fab view of the Castle.
Housekeeping didn't replace the loo roll. I had to call reception.

Location the location is awesome , but the room on the other hand.
We paid extra for the castle view room, the online pics of the room had you believing that you would wake up to a magnificent view of the castle. But in reality the what you wake up to is a BLOODY big TV right at the foot of the bed, that you have to navigate around to get to the window for the view.
This TV is so big it was like a wall at the end of the bed, absolutely STUPID room design.
My wife smacked her head on the corner of the TV in the middle of the night as she tried to navigate around the bed in the middle of the night.

Location was great, right next to the castle, friendly staff.
While we did have a castle view, the windows on the rooms are small. You do not get much sunlight. Not a problem for a city break.
