Location is very short walk to the Castle, and appx 20 min to the old city. Breakfast was perfect !!!
Very bad Smell in the room when we checked in , after running shower for some time it was more or less gone. Bathroom could be upgraded a bit, missing basic staff there like hanging towels to dry

Gym was tiny, coffee/kettle in room in a cupboard with no plug and no real place to put it. Versus other rooms I've had pretty small, functional, but you wouldn't want more than one person in the room.

Location was fab. Staff were lovely. Hot cookies on arrival were a lovely touch.
Breakfast was delicious.
Fabulous view of the castle from room was a lovely surprise.
The lift took forever to arrive, but Im lazy so was happy to wait.
The shower was lukewarm and not very powerful and the water didnt drain so panicked a bit as I thought I would flood the place.

Very friendly receptionist staff, welcome with cookies was a nice touch, breakfast options was unreal.
We were offered an upgrade to a king bedroom.
The shower wasn't the best. Our sink had a visible crack in it.
We didn't like that you are only offered one room key card.

Very nice hotel and comfortable beds! Nice views and good location
I ordered 2x room services during my stay. One during the day which was excellent! I got a tasty toast sandwich with melted cheese and fries. However in the evening I ordered the exact same thing but, it wasnt toasted, the cheese was old like it had stayed out of the fridge for hours and I got 1 less bread, I didnt get any vegetables and there where chips instead of fries. I was very disappointed.

Its very near to castle , which is walkable distance
All the buses and hop on hop off stop is just opposite the hotel, loved the chocolate cookie while checking in
