First I like the hotel name “by Hilton”, pictures and promotions are looking good. In reality it’s disappointing, didn’t meet my expectations. The bed are clean and comfy.
Reception area is not accessible friendly for disabled people. Hallway are dark, Toilet smells very unpleasant. The colour scheme is dark and looking dirty.

The staff, location and hotel was lovely in a very central location in Edinburgh, close to Usher Hall and walking distance to most places of interest. The Hop on Hop off bus stops just across the road.
There is much I would complain about at all... really enjoyed my stay here

The bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower was loose and a few tiles were cracked, the curtain had a stain but other than that the room was clean and good value for money

Location was ok, a bit of a walk to main areas, but was fine for us. We loved the city as it was our first time visiting.
Breakfast we did not add, as the pricing was higher than any breakfasts we have had at other hotels, so much higher, we thought maybe we had not heard correctly .
