Staff very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
It was further away from the Train Station than expected. And appeared to be in the rougher area of Edinburgh.
Wouldn’t have booked this hotel if we had known.

My 3rd time staying at this lovely hotel & it always a pleasure. Had a twin room for me & my daughter. Friendly helpful staff on arrival & all through the stay, nothing is too much trouble. Lovely room with super comfy bed & pillows. Even hot chocolate & quality biscuits on the tea/ coffee tray. Always spotlessly clean. Gorgeous shower & body products in bathroom. Also had a castle view each time I've stayed which is a bonus.
So much choice at breakfast, We had a full English which was delicious & great service from Raul.
We got the airport bus to Haymarket then just a 15 minute walk to the hotel. Also just a 15 minute walk to the castle area & attractions, perfect!
This is my go to hotel now when in Edinburgh. Highly recommend
