The property was well maintained was a great location for the concert we were attending at Murrayfield stadium and the staff were all lovely and really helpful

Everything was good. Location was perfect. Walking distance to all attractions. Breakfast was very nice and elaborate. Room was good and pretty spacious. We found good eating places just around the corner.
Generally everything was fine. Some staff members were very friendly but a couple were a bit cold. We ordered pancakes for breakfast one day and those were pathetic.

The location of the hotel to the town centre was ideal. Lots of choices for breakfast
The room was very noisy, there was a lift cavity in the corner which was operating until 2am. The room was not as big as advertised. Carparking was a struggle, overall not worth the money charged.

The location , very close to the castle. Perfect location in Edinburgh.
Poor air conditioning. The room was uncomfortably hot, and opening the window did not help.

Lovely location and clean. Breakfast was good choices and cooked lovely.
Maid service not dependable. Toilet and shower was broken upon arrival, had to call maintenance.

Great location, breakfast was really nice. Spacious rooms.
Maid service was not good. Sometimes did not turn up and another time turned up to make the bed and provide towels at 7pm. No refills of coffee and water in the room.
