Good location, big room.
We were in room 108, and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced so much noise from people partying from the pups outside and from traffic in a hotel. Perhaps other rooms are quieter, but this one was far from ideal because the noise kept waking us up throughout the night.”

Room comfortable and plenty of space.
I had no pre paid breakfast as it was £18 and I had an 8 year old with me. I only have coffee and toast for breakfast. There was no alternative breakfast for either of us other than paying £18 each.

Not much
The room was so small, no bath, no bottles of water. Spending £330 for one night, I thought it would be a bit nicer. Was pretty disappointed. Hotel is at the back of the castle so you need to walk up the hill to get central.

My room was cleaned but my coffee cup wasn't nor were the coffee pods refreshed.

I liked the location
I did not think the rooms were clean , the sink was dirty , mould in overflow . Floor dirty in bathroom . Cob webs on light fittings . The mugs were not clean . No drinking glass in room .
