Property was ok, would have been nice to be able to have a nicer view than the back of the front end of the building. Would expect a mirror in front of the desk, tv oddly positioned on the wall.

Great location. I could see Edinburgh Castle from my room window! Walking distance to all the attractions! About 8 mins away from Grassmarket, plenty of restaurants and pubs and little shops full of local goodies.

Location was perfect, excellent customer service and friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options.
Small touches like free hot chocolate in reception, welcome cookies and Christmas stocking on Christmas Day morning to wake up to on door.
Out of service lift leaving only one in service. Extremely slow.
Smell of cigarettes coming through vents in the evening. So strong had to open window.
Stale smell coming from heating system and carpets.
Dirty shower curtain and poor shower pressure.
WiFi didn’t work so used hotspot.
