A stones throw from most places you'd want to go whilst in Edinburgh. Very comfortable beds and linens.
The shower didn't spray very far so had to stand basically over the plughole to be under the water. That's my only small feedback.

Great location, welcoming and helpful staff, available round the clock, cosy comfy spacious room, good breakfast options, many near by restaurants and cafe's, Edinburgh Hop on Hop off stop near by, tram station hardly 8 mins walk. So near all major attractions, walk to Royal Mile, Grassmarket, Edinburgh Castle. Would recommend and stay here again !!

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great, beds comfortable and lovely view of the castle

Bathroom on the small side. Shower curtains a bit outdated. Kept getting whatsapp message asking to rate stay etc.
