Location, hotel and room decorations was good. I liked that they offered welcome cookie when you check in. Room was decent, but the layout of the room is narrow.
I would like to raise a concern about the noise from the floor. Whenever someone walks past my room, or possibly in the neighbouring room, I can hear every footstep very clearly. Unfortunately, this woke me up in the morning.

Cleaning of room very poor!!! Spoke to Receptionist who apologised. The hotel front is untidy as if no one care from the business. Your double tree and this place Lets you down!!

Excellent location, friendly reception, clean, comfortable room.
Breakfast was poor. Everything was dried up and unappetising. Coffee, juice and pastries were fine. Would order off the menu in future. Much prefer to go to place where my breakfast is served. Lift was not working after breakfast.

Rooms were nice, good breakfast, most staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel had no knowledge and didn’t acknowledge the upgrades offered by booking.com, we requested late checkout but they didn’t know what we were referring to and no mention of the request we made.
