A very pleasant hotel with a comfortable room in a stunning location.
We brought our dog and I was really sad not to be able to sit by the window and admire the view whilst eating.

Location,
Next to the bus stop, the premise was nice and quiet.
Bed seemed a bit hard, felt like maybe a spring had broken and it had been patched up or something like that.

Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
The room was not clean. There were stains on the sofa and the room was dusty. There was no bottle of water. You have to pay £4 for bottle if you want to buy one. Furthermore, you have to pay for parking even if you are staying at the hotel which does not make any sense.

Excellent location, very nice accommodation.
there is charge for the parking although it is huge.
The room was a bit cold, I tried to make it warmer, but nothing changed with the aircondition. Maybe I had to try harder…

Clean, welcoming, easy to find. The staff are lovely to deal with. Ample parking outside. When checking in we were given warm chocolate chip cookies at reception which were delicious. The lunch and dinner options were also delicious and breakfast was lovely, could have a few more options such as fried eggs and normal sausages, but still plenty of choice, with pastries, cereals and mini muffins. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was perfect, loads of hot water, fluffy towels and bathrobes also. Great view from our room of the bridges also!
We stayed the night the storm started and were on the top floor and because of the wind something was rattling on the roof above our room all night so we kept waking, but that was the only issue we found, and still had a great sleep.

Can't fault the room. Clean and comfortable. The restaurant was ok. Excellent service and the food was good but no better than that. Breakfast was better. The location felt a little bit remote and the view from our room could have been better given that I had stressed the importance of a good view of the bridges when I booked. But overall it was a solid 7 out of 10.

Second visit. Hotel lovely.
Booked dinner for 5.30. waited till 6 o'clock before the young waiter came with menus and to take drinks order. When eventually ordered meals they had ran out of some starters and desserts. Breakfast not up to standard, waited 10 minutes for fried eggs, breakfast was not warm enough
