Great views of the bridge.
Breakfast - c'mon I had better choice and quality at other hotels.
After doing a 2 week road trip of Scotland this hotel was disappointing. Best described as a Premium Inn but badged/priced differently.

Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Room was great bed was huge and very comfortable. Meals in hotel were good as was all the staff.
Staff could have smiled a bit more, I know from working in the industry it's not easy. Waiter also served plates over the table rather than coming round. Small things, picky but nothing spoilt our stay.

The room was great, with a fab view, the breakfast was a good spread and tasty, parking was easy, and we had a very late check-in which was no issue at all.
The shower head needed descaling as jets were shooting in different directions and the floor flooded badly with water coming out under the bathroom door! The breakfast orange juice was only available when requested whereas other juices were self-[service, which was very weird - we also had to ask for replenishments so someone was not watching what was running out.

Good room size ,excellent view ,good food ,excellent staff
In what was a premium room there was only one easy chair.The other chair was a desk type and in a premium room I would have expected two easy chairs.
On our first night we had to endure several hours of motorcycles racing back and forth on the road below.The hotel did call the police but it could have been done sooner especially for those wanting an early night.Thankfully it did not happen on the next night.

The room were really nice and spacious. Staff was really welcoming and cleaning staff were patient and nice. the gym had a lot exercising machine and space which was good.
The view was enjoyable and the area is perfect if you want to go for a run.
Maybe location. It was a bit far from city centre but South Queensferry was a prefect spot to explore different restaurants and pub so not really a downside.
