had a great stay! The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how welcoming and professional everyone was.
The toilet flush button in my room was broken—I reported this at check-out. I also noticed the window wasn’t clean and had visible hand marks, and one of the pillow covers had a stain on it.

Excellent view from a lovely clean hotel. restaurant and bar.
Maybe consider a courtesy form of transport to the train station, for both staff and guests, as it is not the nicest/easiest of walks, especially at night

Despite asking before I was not able to check in early, hence had to change for wedding in the toilet. Staff said they had ‘lots of weddings’ ie not v helpful.
