Room was comfortable. Staff at Reception were friendly.
Cost, we were staying for a wedding. Mother and Grandma of the Bride. Even with a discount, it was unreasonable. Have spoken with the hotel regarding this and the bad service from central reservations.

The staff made this hotel stand out, a big shout out to Pauline the duty manager who is a true gem, hardworking and nothing is to much trouble for her, also David in the dinning room , all the staff very friendly and considerate,

The fact that the window couldn't be opened more. Personally I don't like carpeted floors from a hygienic perspective.

Breakfast was very poor. Only scrambled eggs available and they were cold. Most other cooked options were also cold.
No free WiFi unless you downloaded their App, totally unacceptable
Confusion over my inclusive breakfast rate which I had booked.

Great location, lovely staff, lovely view, excellent breakfast, nice lobby.
Windows where very tired looking with black mould (very noticeable but didn’t really bother us) it may have just been the room we where given, only other downside was a very noisy air con that made some crazy noises but I slept with headphones in so again not an issue for me but may effect whoever stays next.

Superb location across the new Queensferry bridge with views of the cable bridge marvel. we stayed here on our return and 15 min drive to airport. Not in city center so this is not for tourists who wants to stay in and around Edinburgh castle and royal mile. very comfortable rooms and with convenient parking, so if you have rent a car this is just perfect.
