Disappointing
Breakfast was nice. Nice restaurant and bar area.
I was disappointed that the complimentary cookie didnt have any warning of containing nuts. Partly my fault for not asking but just ate it without thinking. I have a nut allergy and had a bad reaction that night. I was able to pull myself out of it with medication but my wife told reception who didnt really care less if I was laid in the room unconscious. Very disappointed with that but the rest of the stay was ok. Sorry for the moan but they could have showed a little concern instead they just completely ignored it.

Room was excellent size and nice & clean, area was great and easy to access local stations for transport into Glasgow, staff were very friendly and accommodating, all round lovely stay!
A kettle in the room would have been greatly appreciated!

The room was spacious & the bed comfortable. The breakfast was very generous, great value & set us up for the day. The view of the Forth Road Bridge from our breakfast table was amazing... see photo Very conveniently located to catch the X55 express bus into Edinburgh. The staff were very helpful & even stored our luggage for a few hours, despite us having already booked out.

The bed was very big and comfy .The food at the shore restaurant was excellent Had our breakfast in our room very tasty The views were lovely looking over the bridges.
The only thing I would say was getting to our room on the 6th floor. The first lift we went in only went to floor 4 .and to walk further the get the lift to the 6th floor

Location, views incredible
Marks on chairs and carpets in the room. Bathroom door peeling badly. Rooms definitely need refurbishment and are not up to the usual Hilton standard. Breakfast wasnt great. Produce not great and everything look warm. Tea was very poor quality.

From our room there was a view of the three forth bridges, which was tremendous. Don't know if there are many with that view though. Food (evening meal) was pretty good and not extortionate but overall the hotel is overpriced for the location in April. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Staff were friendly and efficient. It was an airport stayover when others nearer were fully booked so bit expensive for that, particularly since parking at airport becomes an add on.
Bit soulless, as these places tend to be but efficient nonetheless. Good enough for one night.
