Second visit. Hotel lovely.
Booked dinner for 5.30. waited till 6 o'clock before the young waiter came with menus and to take drinks order. When eventually ordered meals they had ran out of some starters and desserts. Breakfast not up to standard, waited 10 minutes for fried eggs, breakfast was not warm enough

Excellent restaurant and very friendly staff.
Having stayed here a number of times, disappointed with room.
Bathroom needed uograding, plug stuck on handbasin, unable to repair.
Bedside reading light not working.
Various lights flashing all night. Overall, a room that needed some care and attention!

We had a junior suite with a bridge view. The room was very well set out with lots of room and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the hot options were kept fresh. All the staff were helpful and efficient.
The restaurant offering was good but with limited choice.

Room was very comfortable and a good size. Breakfast for ok, but we arrived a bit late so some things were a little tired/dry.
The view was extraordinary!

The room was clean and spacious. Staff were pleasant. The breakfast was good for the reasonable additional charge, and the restsurant/ breakfast room enjoys fantastic views of the bridges, especially on a clear sunny day. A gluten free section complete with toaster was provided at breakfast is very helpful, (although the cooked options could be improved- even gluten free sausages are readily available in supermarkets.)
Charging for parking (£5 per night as of march 2026) seems a little odd when this is not a city-centre/ built up location.
Small things -
Woken in the morning by a 'dragging" noise'?? To be fair, we didn't make enquires about this.
A separate hot water machine/ tap would be more convenient at breakfast rather than queuing at the coffee machine.

Room over generator very noisy didn't sleep well .breakfast was awful bacon dried up price exorbitant for what we were able to eat
