Location to airport for very late arrival
That the pool was out of action, we were travelling with children, chose hotel for the swimming to end holiday before heading to Glasgow.
Paying for parking when price for a very short sleep with no breakfast was very expensive.

Room was dirty, had to be moved to another room, paid for breakfast on arrival for the next morning, and when we went down they could not find us on the form and I was informed I had not paid, staff were rude and after I told them I had paid they did go check but I was made to feel like I was just after a free breakfast, when the staff returned there was no apology just an unfriendly staff member saying you have paid and walked away, I have stayed here a number of times and will not be back. All I can say is find another hotel.

The swimming pool
The tv don’t work, the phone didn’t really work, the plug in the shower was broken, no one in the spa picked up the phone, the pool didn’t have water working in the showers, pillows were not comfortable, the room was cold and no way to change temperature, there were no mushrooms at breakfast and the hall smelt like damp mold.

Very good breakfast. The beds were comfortable.
Quite old, especially the swimming pool. Our room was made at 4:30 pm and the safe didn’t work. Definitely not 4-stars level.
